Return Window:

• Our return policy lasts for 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Fee:

• We charge a return fee of Rs 100 for processing returns. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

1. The item must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags and labels attached.
2. The item must be unwashed, unworn, and free from any stains, odors, or damage.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These include:

• Gift cards
• Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to contact@barbelbae.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photographs of the item(s) you wish to return.
2. Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Return Process:
Once your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions, including the return address. Please follow these steps:

1. Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging, if possible.
2. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your order number inside the package.
3. Ship the item(s) to the provided return address.
4. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item(s).

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount, after deducting the Rs 100 return fee, will be credited to the original method of payment.

Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process as described above and place a new order for the item you desire.
